At HOMEPLACE, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
