Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, production may begin quickly. Because many of our products are made to order, orders cannot always be changed or canceled after they have been submitted.

HOMEPLACE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

Production times and shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

HOMEPLACE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because many HOMEPLACE products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or design selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@homeplaceshop.com. We'll work with you to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other content on this website are the property of HOMEPLACE and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOMEPLACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable order.
