Founded in the early 1900s with the arrival of the railroad, Zebulon grew from a small farming community into a town built on agriculture, local business, and hard work. Those rural roots are still easy to find in the fields and backroads surrounding town, even as the community continues to grow.
Baseball has also become part of the Zebulon story, with summer nights at Five County Stadium bringing families and neighbors together and adding another tradition to a town that takes pride in its community.
